About GrowthMinded Consulting

GrowthMinded Consulting was born from a need to create transformational mindsets and skills to achieve business goals.

By working with C-Suite, HR, Learning & Development and other Senior Executives, we collaboratively develop strategies that bridge the needs of a company with those of its employees.

With decades of experience in the corporate world and over 15 years of leading a Global Learning & Leadership Development practice, I offer consulting and programs that create a shared success model for companies to excel and employees to thrive. My distinguishing assets are from deep expertise and experience in business and people strategies.

What sets me apart from other consultants is that I use my mindset and skill set to drive positive results. Combining my strengths (Strategist, Educator, Empath and Communicator), I am able to advise, facilitate, consult and communicate for progress and positive change.

Consulting

Many companies are struggling with how to create a work environment that employees are demanding. Employees simply want to feel like they belong, that they are valued and accepted for who they are. It seems intangible – but is it? Before hiring for diversity, explore retaining for diversity.

By building strategies and programs specializing in inclusion, I fuel a company’s success by:

• Increasing Employer branding
• Building stronger employee loyalty
• Increasing trust
• Elevating employee commitment
• Growing employee retention
• Delivering positive and measurable business results

All contribute to an employee’s loyalty and desire to stay.
